Maes Garmon Farm, originally dating back to the 18th Century, is ideally
situated close to the market town of Mold, whilst having a wonderfully
rural and peaceful location. It is perfect for those exploring the
local area, visiting family or friends, or away from home on business.
We are also only around a mile from the renowned Theatre Clwyd.
Annemarie Cook and her husband Matthew bought Maes Garmon
Farm in April 2006. In 2007 we completely renovated of all of the guest bedrooms,
(installing new en-suites in each), as well as the breakfast and lounge area, which now features a
multi-fuel stove to offer a warm welcome in the evenings.

Guests have their own
entrance (with keys provided), a large sitting/breakfast room in which to relax, and are free to
stroll in the gardens. There is a footpath for those guests wishing to stretch their legs a little further,
as well as a table and chairs in the garden to enjoy the peace and quiet in a more leisurely fashion.
We have three double rooms currently available, each having their own WC, basin, and shower en-suite. Current room rates per night are:

The solar panels are now installed and at the time of writing (in July) we've not had to fire the boiler for our hot water for over a week. With the continuing announcements of energy price rises this has to be a good thing !
